Know before you buy:
- Each person in your party MUST have a ticket to enter Enchanted. Children under 2 are free, but still require tickets.
- The time printed on your ticket is your entry time. You may enter Enchanted any time after the time on your ticket. Please allow ample time for parking. Parking is free.
- Most visitors can expect to spend one hour at Enchanted. Enchanted closes promptly at 10pm each night.
- Tickets are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled. If you are unable to use your ticket, please consider your purchase a donation to Descanso Gardens Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Federal Tax ID 95-2511202.
- Enchanted is a rain or shine event and will occur as scheduled in rainy conditions. Bring an umbrella and dress appropriately. Tickets may not be rescheduled due to weather if the event is running as scheduled.
- There will be drinks and snacks available for purchase inside the Enchanted experience. Outside food is restricted from entering the garden.
