Yoga—Friday Series

Join us for an eight-week Friday Yoga series with Joyce Schuman in the Rose Garden Pavilion every Friday starting May 17 to July 5, which involves stretches, strengthening poses, breathing exercises, and mindful movement. The practice adapts to individual needs. Rejuvenate your body and mind with a 25-minute garden walk and 60-minute yoga breath and movement practice. 

This well-rounded hatha yoga class includes stretching and strengthening poses, mindful movement explorations and breathwork. We practice movement variations for all bodies, from gentle to moderate, including options for all abilities to feel included. 

The class is open to all levels. Students should bring their own yoga mat and water bottle. Students are invited to bring the following materials if they have them: 2 yoga black 4” X 6” X 9”, yoga strap with metal buckle 10’, yoga blanket.
