About the Instructor: Elizabeth Escobedo is a Certified Tea Sommelier, IICCT chocolate taster, and
culinary educator who is passionate about bringing unique floral flavors to the
modern table. She founded Elizabella Tea & Co., teaches a Masterclass on Herbs
and Infusions with the UK Tea Academy, and leads engaging tea and food pairing
workshops. She resides in Los Angeles with her family and enjoys travel,
discovering new cuisines, and growing rare rose varieties.
